Founder, Consultant, Instructor
Mickie Rops, MEd, FASAE, CAE, CQA, ICE-CCP is the President and Principal Consultant. For over 25 years, she has guided over 200 organizations in their credentialing initiatives. Before establishing her consulting practice, she directed the startup and administration of several accredited certification programs and certificate programs for a national certifying body. Mickie has been an ANAB assessor for its ISO 17024 accreditation program for over 20 years. She is also the national lead on the ASTM E2659 certificate program standard and the ASTM E3416 work-based learning standard.

Joshua Goldman, MA, CAE, CTA is an innovative leader with 20+ years of progressive executive management experience in state, regional, national, and international nonprofit organizations focused on the intersection of learning, competency, credentialing, and workforce development. He specializes in the growth/expansion phases of an organization's maturity.

Jill R. van den Heuvel, PhD, ICE-CCP has over twenty years of experience as a psychometrician, having worked for several testing agencies. She has a doctorate in research methodology from the University of Pittsburgh. Jill is an ANAB psychometric assessor for its ISO 17024 accreditation program and its Conference for Food Protection accreditation program. She is also a psychometrician for the ICE accreditation program for assessment-based certificate programs.

Dave Bertolet, ICE-CCP has thirty years of business experience, serving as controller, operating partner, and principal of several businesses. He has taught college-level coursework and has decades of credentialing, financial, and business management consulting. Dave is an ANAB assessor for its ASTM E2659 certificate program accreditation. He holds an MBA and a master’s in instructional design and is a Certified Credentialing Professional (I.C.E.).

Liliana Meneses, EdD, is an Assistant Dean and Professor for the University of Maryland Global Campus. She has a Masters in international education, a Masters in instructional design and technology, and an educational doctorate in human and organizational studies. She is an ANAB assessor for its ASTM E2659 certificate program accreditation. Liliana is also fluent in Spanish and audits programs in both English and Spanish.

Amy Roedl, PhD has over 20 years of experience in credentialing. She is the Director of Proficiency for the National Radon Proficiency Program and an independent testing consultant. Formerly, she was the Exam Development Manager for the National Restaurant Association. She has a Masters and PhD in Educational Psychology. Amy is an ANAB psychometric assessor for its ISO 17024 accreditation program and its Conference for Food Protection accreditation program.
