Hi. I’m Mickie Rops, Founder. I know how it feels to be underequipped and overwhelmed. Years (okay, decades) ago, I got my first job in credentialing and managed the simultaneous startup and operation of 3 certifications and 10 competency assessments, working with 6 different vendors. I definitely did not know what I didn’t know.
Fast forward over 25 years, now as a consultant, I’ve helped hundreds of organizations make the decision to offer credentialing (or not!) and design, get accredited, expand and improve their credentialing programs. I’ve learned a lot along the way – what works, what doesn’t and why.
Now, I'm flipping the traditional consulting model to better meet organizations where they are by offering opportunities to learn, DIY guides, and facilitated services. And, yes, we'll still be here to provide full-service consulting when needed.
